By accessing or using Pickture, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Pickture helps you save content you find on the internet, sync it across supported devices, and access your saved items later from mobile and web surfaces.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in methods secure.

You may not use Pickture for unlawful activity, abuse the service, interfere with its operation, or store or distribute content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you save or access through Pickture does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal protections.

You retain ownership of the content you save using Pickture. Pickture does not claim ownership over your saved items.

You grant us only the limited rights necessary to host, sync, process, and display your saved items so the service can function.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Pickture at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We may suspend or terminate access to Pickture if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create legal or security risk.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pickture is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
